Exciting news for Star Wars fans: a third season of The Bad Batch has been announced! The season will be the final installment, as Lucasfilm brings this chapter of the story to a close.
The season is set to air on Disney+ in 2024, and a teaser trailer was shown at the announcement event, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come.
The trailer showed the Emperor visiting a cloning facility, along with appearances from the Bad Batch team, Republic commandos, clones, and fan-favorite bounty hunter Fennec Shand.
The season will continue to follow the Bad Batch as they navigate the aftermath of Order 66 and the rise of the Empire. The end of Season 2 saw the death of team member Tech and the capture of Omega, along with the revelation that she has a sister.
Fans are eagerly anticipating the third and final season to see how the story will conclude. Will the Bad Batch be able to rescue Omega and take down the Empire?
